IT Administrator

Job Description:

SRL is seeking an IT administrator to maintain the company’s information technology infrastructure with a primary focus on cybersecurity, endpoint management, and digital workplace productivity. This position will support employees across all teams while developing scalable IT systems to support company growth while maintaining NIST and other DoD-mandated compliance.

Core Responsibilities:

• Administer Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Azure, and Intune

• Manage user accounts, security groups, software licensing, and identity management

• Deploy and maintain company devices

• Configure device management, software deployment, and security policies

• Support network infrastructure

• Develop internal documentation and IT SOP’s

Required Qualifications:

• B.S. in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience)

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 in a business environment

• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and cybersecurity

• U.S. Citizenship

• Microsoft 365 Administration Suite
