Q: What is our shipping and return policies?

We offer shipping insurance as an optional add-on during checkout. This insurance is not provided by us. It is offered through the shipping carrier (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and is limited to the maximum coverage permitted by the carrier, currently up to ten thousand US dollars.
We collect the insurance cost as an optional add-on selected by the customer during checkout. The amount collected is added to the total shipping cost and used to apply insured value to the package. We do not profit from this charge; it is passed directly to the carrier to apply insured coverage.
We are not an insurance provider. We do not underwrite or process insurance claims. We are not responsible for the outcome of any claim related to loss, damage, or theft. By selecting the insurance add-on, the customer authorizes us to increase the insured value of their shipment via the chosen carrier.
If you purchased shipping insurance, you are responsible for filing any claims directly with the carrier in the event of loss, damage, or theft. We will assist with basic documentation such as tracking and receipts, but we are not the claim handler and have no control over the carrier’s approval process or payout timelines.
If you declined insurance, you agree to accept all risk related to the shipment. No refunds, replacements, or claims assistance will be provided for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.
We offer shipping insurance coverage only up to ten thousand US dollars, which is the maximum allowed by most carriers. If your order exceeds this value, you may request special arrangements before purchase.
If you decline shipping insurance, any risk of damage, loss, misdelivery, or theft becomes the buyer’s responsibility once the order has been handed off to the carrier. We are not liable for packages once shipped.

Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer once the order is handed off to the carrier. You are solely responsible for tracking your shipment and retrieving it upon delivery.
At checkout, you may add shipping insurance provided through the carrier to protect your order in transit. This insurance must be selected and paid for at the time of purchase. Retroactive coverage is not available. If insurance is not selected, any delivery issues are not our responsibility.
You agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. Any chargeback submitted in violation of our return or refund policy will be challenged with supporting documentation including tracking numbers, order history, and communication records. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in a permanent ban from future purchases and potential legal action.
